Our home base. A fast-growing unincorporated community of single-family stucco homes on wide lots, where new builds and established yards both need fixtures that can take full summer sun reflected off decorative rock.

Southern Highlands

A master-planned community with strong HOA architectural guidelines. We design to those CC&Rs — fixture styles, brightness and uplighting limits — so the lighting plan passes review the first time.

Mountain's Edge
